Boardman Hybrid Comp for light touring?

Hi,
I have just received my works cycle2work voucher and although I know they can source bikes I was looking at the Boardman Hybrid Comp. Does anyone have one? or can anyone tell me if they have the eyelets for a rear rack? The photos on the website arent that clear..
The bike will be used for light touring and the occasional "child seat" outing, you reckon this bike will do the job???
On the other hand I was looking at the Claud Butler regent, a "proper" touring but this option could take several weeks to arrive as Halfords will have to source it...
