need help choosing a new beast.

Hi everyone out there, need some help please
Wanting a full suspension bike to thrash around on but have no clue what to get !

My ride at the mo is a rockhopper pro which i love but is more of a x-country machine and bounces all over the place when i get goin down a hill !
(plus i do a bit of jumping and i dont think it was made to throw through a rythym section !)
was looking at possibly a 4x style bike, but id like to be able to ride to my local spots so it would have to be rideable up some hills so dont want a single ring up front.

So want it for
all round use but mostly down (ill use the hopper for the xc)
jumpable
i weigh 10 stone so dont want to get something that wont work for me

any help would be great

id love a yeti 4x but with a cost to do a good build itd be too much.
plus cant see them being much good to go up hills on !

What are them specialized demo's like ?

Commencal Meta? Plenty of models to go at..
Got my 666 built up on the burly side with Lyriks, E13 bashring, Halo Freedom wheelset etc and while the climbs aren't exactly fun they're bearable.
When it comes to chucking it around and tearing downhill the suspension feels bottomless and I love it
Worth having a look at,Merlin do some good deals on builds.
