Part man, part goat!

I don't think I can even walk up a 24% gradient, let alone ride a bike up one! Especially when surrounded by well-meaning but very annoying fans.

Chapaeu to the policeman who ran alongside for a bit, pushing people aside!

    It was only when they showed the climb from the side (helicopter shot) that you really got to see the severity of it. It was horrific.

    Well done to anyone who made it up there, but to race it up there and take time out of your opponents, awesome.

    Makes me wonder if the reason Contador is happy for Armstrong to return is because he knows that he (Contador) will be the team-leader and he will have a super-domestique for free :wink:

    Ok, so it may not work out quite like that but Contador may be given free reign to attack on the last mountain and make the other teams do the chasing
