Open up my order this evening - got some muguards for my road bike. Was going to fit the back mudguard and test it out in our Friday evening rainfest, when I noticed a slight problem - no fittings or stays. Great.

I checked the rest of my order - instead of the energy gels - I got satchets.

At least they got the innertubes right.

You mean they sent you the right colour tubes
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

Ribble used to be awful, then they improved, and now they are sinking back to the depths again....

  • I had to email them 3 times this week before getting a response. I also phoned them to check the sizing of my bike frame and the bloke just put me on mute without saying anything and came back a minute later. I thought we had been cut off and nearly hung up.

    Not too impressed so far.
