Road bike with discs, mud guards and rack mounts.
This looks like a great commuting bike, yet Trek has not been selling it in Europe since 2006. :(
Can't understand why.

I have an aluminium Tiagra/105 Trek and it ain't worth $1,700!

Perhaps the UK market is sufficiently small that it can only support a maximum number of different models? And it's not like Trek don't have enough available at every level.

    I thought Evans sold them?

They have only a couple sizes left in the 2007 model.

So I was wrong and its only been 2 years, instead of 3, since its been sold here.

Shame as it looks like a great bike.
