which bike

im now going to get a summer bike i have a trek pilot 1.0 and was thinking of getting the same model again because of the comfort and no acheing back, i have also short listed the following 3 bikes
trek 1.5 2008 red and white
trek 1.5 2009 green and white
and a trek pilot 5.0 which is carbon and red and white but a bit exspensive at £1500
and ideas as to which one i should get

    If if it must be a Trek Pilot, get the carbon version.

    Hi Andy - interesting time to be buying a summer bike is it going to be unused for the next 9 months :wink: I would have thought that if you are buying in the next month or so there will be lots of bargains so might pay to widen your wish list.

    i have only got about £600 i need to get the trek pilot 1.0 soon as its discontinued but if i get one of the others i can wait. just need to know if the other 2 will be any lighter then my pilot
