North(ish) London club/Sunday rides

Hi,
I'm new to the forum and coming back to cycling after a year long break (been out of the country). I've started riding again, but I'm not up to form yet.
Before I left I was based in Brighton but I now have moved to London and am looking for a nice, beginner friendly club run or Sunday ride or similar. I have tried to search the forums for something but not had much luck! I'm in the Holloway Road area, N7, zone 2.
If there aren't any beginner friendly rides in the area, can anyone suggest some approximate strength requirements?
Cheers,
Chris

Hackney are new and quite relaxed and the "get out of town quickly factor" is easy to achieve.

think 20-30 mile ride with a tea stop somewhere in essex/hertfordshire
