Road Bike for 6'4" 100kg Person

Hello Everyone,
I am 6'4" tall and 100kg. I have £1000 to spend on a C2W scheme.
What is agood road bike for me, I have been looking at virtual top tubes etc but maybe someone has some good advice.
I have looked online at the Focus Cayo, I was wondering if there is something slightly longer.

If you are going to use it for tours and expeditions, it will need strong wheels, a frame that is capable of taking racks, mudguards and multiple bottle cages and the right gearing for climbing when fully loaded (e.g. a Deore Triple 48/36/26 with a mountain bike cassette).
Edinburgh Bikes do a well-respected tourer for under a grand.
Dawes' offering at that money would be the Galaxy.
Some people are enthusiastic about Thorns, too.0
