Impatience...

Went out for a spin around some nice country lanes tonight - very relaxing - clear skies, moonlight, wildlife etc. Well it was until I hear some air escaping from my front wheel.

Try as I might I couldn't locate the sharp object in the tyre - so put a new tube in and used a co2 to blow it up. Rolling along again - started thinking about how to become faster at changing tubes, as it happens I had a perfect opportunity to put theory into practice - sure enough - a few minutes later - had to repeat the whole process again. This time I found the nasty bit of glass - cunningly embedded in the tyre.

So, if I learnt anything - it's to be a little more patient and do the job right the first time.

BTW - i'm in the market for some new innertubes - to fit my 25mm Gp 4000 tyres - any suggestions e.g. quality wise? At this rate I'll need at least 10 a week!
