Why Can't yo Flag an offensive post?

I have just tried to use the flagging facility to flag up an inappropriate post.

However when you click submit you get an error message saying the recipient can't be found

I've managed to get the post a few times, assuming its regarding the F1 post in soapbox?

I got it twice too: I remember when I used to flag them though that I got the same error message and wasn't sure that it was sent.
