Felt F80: will it take mudguards?

Sorry if this is a stupid or recently asked question (I did do a quick search!) but does anyone here know whether the Felt F80 model will take full mudguards? I'm looking for a winter bike that will double as my commuter and if it'll take full guards the Felt is at the top of the list.

If not, any other recommendations of bikes in the same ballpark that will take guards will be gratefully received.
