66 ATA or Totem 2 Step

Looking for a little advice between the 66 ATA and Totem 2step. I'm looking to fit a 180mm travel fork to a iron horse 6point6 so the bike is more suitable for downhill but can still handle the up's on trails in places like Afan.

Anyone had experience of the 2 forks? Are the adjustable travels on the 2 forks easy to use? Are both adjustable via dials or are they pump and valve adjustable?
