Reflectors for spd PD-M545 for commuting in the dark

I have some PD-M545 spd pedals (caged spds) and also have the reflectors sm-pd40, but two of the reflector lens have fallen out so i'm after a replacement.
Anyone know where to get them?

Commuting? ... because its legally required for me to use them :(

    Try your local Halfords. I recently got some in rubber mounts. The reflector bit could be eased out and inserted into my pedals (no idea when the original ones fell out :roll: )
