HELP!!!!!

I have put a FSA K Force light crankset on my Izoard and when I am out on the road is very noisy,like the chain is rattling off the front derailleur or the chainrings.I had my LBS check the settings and they say the setting on the mech is ok and the chain length is ok.When I put the bike in the turbo its ok.Anybody any ideas because out on the road this is doin my head in.Thanks in advance.

    is the mech low down enough? it should just miss the teeth on the top ring.

    Hi Drew it seems to be. I was wondering if the frame was flexing under my weight and maybe the chain was hitting the top of the mech,
