Looking to go for a weekend trip in October.........anyone been?

Whats the trails like? Seen a few pics with hardtails, so wondering if the downhills are challenging or not.

Ideally, we are looking for uplift service and fast flowing single track descents.

Any experiences of guides and companies there is most welcome

Thanks

I was out there in April with Ciclo Montana They were great!! No brilliant!!!!

We were in a group of just 4. Two had fs and 2 had ht. Mark, our guide was brilliant and catered for whatever we wanted and to the standard that pushed everyone to their full potential. Believe me this guy can ride, but whatever he does during the holiday is totally professional and safe.

These people will do anything to help you and get the most out of your short break.

Yes the downhills are challenging, but still manageable on a hardtail.

I did a week with Freeride Spain in April, riding my 130mm forked steel hardtail.

They alternated uplift and non-uplift days for us, dunno if they do just uplift weekends but even the uplift days had a lot of pedalling. Well worth it though, fantastic riding and very good guiding.
