Who do you reckon will win it then?

Leicester, Wasps, Sale and maybe Saracens in with a shout?

Leicester will probably will it, but Gloucester are normally near the top (their turn this year perhaps).

    Does it matter?

Bath, Gloucester or Leicester could top the league (preferably Bath), but then Wasps will win the play-off final at Twickenham to make them so called 'League Champions'. Makes a complete mockery of the league!
  • Agreed,

Leicester will top the point table then bottle the final as usual, whoever thought of this concept wants stringing from the uprights.

Gloucester for me because the head coach, his son and the Skills & Development coach are all mad keen cyclists - done L'Etape, ridden the Alps etc.

Watch out for a young winger coming through the ranks called Will Hurrel, scored 3 rties against Biaritz pre season 1 againts Swansea and 3 for the England u'18's against the Pumas.
Reckon you will see him mid season in the first team and is the next big star.

  • I suspect Newcastle are going to implode, especially when Wilko inevitably succumbs to lengthy spells of injury.

Sale, sadly, will bottle it again, and I shall be watching it happen from the Printerland stand...

    SALE !!!!!!!!!!!!

They do have an exciting squad this year - Brent Cobain in the lineout, the caveman in the back row, a very solid front row, Dwayne Peel at 9, the likes of Luke Mcallister, Mark Cueto and Mathew Tait in the back line. If they gel, they could be a very good side indeed.

Not that I'm that interested in the English league......

Good wins for the Ospreys and the Scarlets, and a draw for Cardiff against a very strong Leinster side. The Magners should be very tight this season..
