Mavic EX721's

In my quest to find a new set of rims that are light enough for trail riding yet sturdy enough for DH (including a week at Morzine) I have been recommended these by my LBS. I have scoured the net and can't find anywhere that tells me how wide they are though (in mm). Any ideas?
My shortlist before this recommendation was down to Syncros DS28's and Spank Sabrosa's. Out of the three which are the best to be built onto Hope Pro 2's with DT Comp spokes?

I'd go for the DT 5.1's but they will all be good.
Haven't found exact widths for the ex721's, but Mavic say its for 2.3 - 3inch tyres.

FCN 8 off road because I'm too old to go racing around.0 -
721 have a 21mm internal width.0

Cheers guys. Someone just told me the Mavics are 28mm wide, i.e. the same as the Syncros and DT's. That sound about right?
The Spank's are really wide at 30mm which will make them pretty stable for the 2.7 inch Minions I use for DH..........0 -
No they're 21mm. With Mavic, the last digits are the rim internal width in mm.0

That makes sense, although they do seem really heavy at 590g for a rim so narrow (5.1d's are 28mm wide and weigh 500g) and it does seem strange that they can use tyres upto 3 inches.............0
