New motherboard suggestions please.

Okay, so my lil bro's pc is suffering serious startup issues.. which apparently happens a lot with the mo-bo he has currently (Gigabyte GA-M61SME-S2). So i'm looking for suggestions on a fairly cheap, but reliable (yeah i know.. fire and ice.) motherboard i can just switch all his existing ram, cpu and hd to.
current cpu is AMD dual core, RAM is ddr2 pc2-5300 (2x 1gb sticks)
Must have :-
ATX layout
on board audio
AM2 socket for cpu
sataII capable
onboard GPU, at least geforce 6100 or equivalent
think thats about all i have to include.. if any more details are required, then ask and i'll do my best to answer.
