Tyre difference

Apologies if this is obvious! Does anyone know the difference between these two tyres?

Apart from the fact that the Pro Tech doesn't come in different colours. They are both the same price and appear to have similar tread.

    The sidewalls are more reinforced on the tech version

    Thanks. What kind of difference would that make to the tyre? Slightly slower and slightly more puncture resistant I guess?

    Makes me wonder why they're the same price.
