6 Hour Ride For Trail Cycle Leader Log

Hi, looking to do a 6 hour ride for my Trail Cycle Leader log. i wana do it in north wales, but i am not sure where i could do. Dose any body know of a few rides i could do, or what they did for their 6 hour ride?

    Do skyline wi me at Glyncorwg, did it last mth got couple of punctures and took bit of detour that took me 6hrs exact. Guidetime 5-7 i think could add a little loop make it just over 50k's and there u go 6hrs of fantastic riding...!
    tho wouldnt b anygood if navigation is required since it signpoosted most of the way round...!
    Couple of 5 spots, a hummer and a handjob.....
