Izoard Owners...
I'm going to replace the cable for the front mech and noticed the cable goes through the BB area.
This to me doesn't seem a good way of running the cable ( muck etc getting in there blah, blah,blah), anyway,
1. Does the cable run through a channel in there, or is 'pot luck' getting the new one through?
2. Do you think it would do any harm spraying some kind of lube in there to keep things running smoothly ?
3. Are all gear cables the same, i.e. the nipple the same dimensions?
I've got one left over from doing my Shimano bike, the Izoard is Campag)
