Rides round Cwmcarn

Afternoon

My friend has just brought a stupid downhiller so we are going up to Cwmcarn to give it a good thrashing.

Just wondered if anybody knew any other good loops in the area.

Last month we did all the Afan rides so fancy staying round Cwncarn.

    Just go up and down cwm carn 3 times, you will not want to go any where else after that, you will be to knacked. :lol:

    also added in the uplift cheat

    but seriously if there is any good routes in the area then it would be good to know

    Is,nt there 2 routes at cwm carn?. im sure i seen 2 different routes. check there web site.

    Are you talking about Downhill routes in that area? if so then your spoilt for choice.
    As for Cwmcarn routes,
    Theres the twrch trail (XC)
    The red and Black Downhil routes.
    Both start in the same location then split off (black left, red right)
    Then theres the old DH up there.
    Also the Freeride park which is not really worth it in my opinion. Unless its drastically changed.

    XC routes in the cwmcarn area. will be doing all the twrch trails just wondered if there was some other sweet xc ones locally. i.e. not purpose built but still sweet
