Any mountain bikers in Ammanford area...

I ve been back on my bike just over a year now, and yet again ive become hooked! Back in the day i rode Time trials and Road races(1984-89)and it was my life. These days the thrill of trail centres and welsh mountains are becoming my passion...but I must admit my age (40 this december!) and lack of fitness, and the bloody weather! has been holding me back. So anyone in the Ammanford area into gentle rides into the unknown or into a trip to the Afan trail centres...Im up for it most weekends...when i aint got the kids!! Im also into rides with the kids...so i reckon the more the merrier!!!
