Need a cheap front light!

Can anyone recommend a decent front light that will give out a decent 'beam/spot' for riding on unlit trails?
I use my bike for commuting as well as XC and on my route home I go through some unlit bits so would like a light so I can see where I'm riding!!
I'm a bit skint at the moment so budget is very tight around £20 - £25!!
