I watched the Prologue TTT live on cycling.tv with only my 'Premium' subscription.
From the look of the schedule it looks no different to the upcoming stages.

I did think it was strange that I managed to watch the TTT yesterday with just the premium subscription, as usually you need an additional one. It did save me waiting up till 1am for the Eurosport coverage!
I can't seem to access the stream today though!
