Ultegra 10 speed - can they do triple???

Hi ...i'm looking at changing my chainset from a double to a triple and want to know if the standard ultegra 10 speed shifters I have now will be compatible with triple rings, or will i have to buy the shifters as well. Thanks!!!

    I think they do. But have you thought of getting a compact?

    You'll need a new front and rear derailler.

    Ultegra ST-6600 shift levers are not triple compatible.

    You need an ST-6603 left hand shifter to handle a triple.
