Workshops for service

My Orange Crush needs a service, and as I've not really done anything with it in the last 12 months I'm planning on taking it somewhere for a full strip down & regrease. The two shops I have in mind are Swinnerton Cycles in Stoke and The Edge in Chester. Does anyone have any experience with servicing from either of these?
I won't take it back to the shop I bought it from (who I shall not name - an official orange dealer) as the service was sh**e, but I was just too impatient to go elswewhere as I wanted my bike there and then!
