Big thanks to Hope

I sent my Moto V2 brakes back to Hope on Friday for a service, got home yesterday to find they had been returned already, brand new braided hose on the rear, brand new calipers front and rear and brand new sintered pads front and rear, all for the pricely sum of £0.

What fantastic service is that and apparently they only have one mechanic in this week instead of two.

Phoned them last night to pass on my thanks too

What service are they providing here?
When you buy hope breaks you get a free service somewhere along the line? Or was this a warranty issue?

Yea this sounds like they just sent you a new brake rather than servicing the old one!
