Wheelset upgrade drama.

Hi, I've been toying with the idea of upgrading my wheels on my shimano 9sp canondale for sometime.
I currently have cxp22 rims with some sort of canondale branded hub and dt swiss spokes. I've had to have the rear wheel trued a few times
.
I'm about 83kg's and ride fairly hard.
i've around £150 to spend and been looking a Fulcrum 5 evolutions, shimano rs550's ,rs20, mavic askium or getting something built with mavic open pro rims.
I realise for this price i'n not going to get a super-lightwieght wheel however would like something strong but not too heavy.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
