Shock pressure on Extralite F2

Its quite an old model - probably 03/04..... cant find any info on shock pressure and whether its air or nitrogen

Can anyone help please?

    is it an air shock?

    add air till you get the sag you want.

    what shock is it?

    Its just branded Extralite..... it coil spring over shock with compression adjuster - looks expensive (actually I've got 2 for some reason)

    Someone just mentioned it should be around 1.5 bar..... doesn't sound much.

    Pressurize to 15-17 bar (200-250 psi)
