Cannondale or Scott???

Hello.

I'm new to road riding and am buying a commuter to get going and beat the traffic... I've test rode two bikes and could do with some advice... The two in question are a Cannondale Bad Boy 700 and a Scott Sub 10 Classic.

Both were great to ride and i love the look of the pair... I'm not sure component wise which is the better for value and which one is worth the money.... Any advice or suggestions would be great.

    Unless you're riding on very bad roads the Cannondale looks much the more speedy and fun - how did they compare when you test-rode them?

    I'll be commuting through London, i just hope Boris sorts the pot holes out. : )

    They both rode very nice, it's a real tough one.... The Scott is more compact felt quicker but the Cannondale felt like a nice place to be, and very solid. I think the question for me is specification wise, whats the better and going to see me through the days. I'm not up on tech specs with bikes at all really.
