    +1

Read it on hols last week - very interesting read and if, like me, you've wondered how hard you have to train to win gold medals...............well tales of Chris Hoy coming off a track session, puking his guts and then getting back on the track again make any training I've ever done just look lame.

Ooh don't tell me the ending! I've almost finished it - got it from the local library on Friday last week. Easy reading and learned few surprising facts. Now I know why the coach at the track keeps saying not to copy Chris and cycle down the ramp... you'd think after he'd done it once he'd have learned not to do it again!
