What do you mean here? As in shortest you could go before geometry ends up all to censored ? Or just the shortest you tend to find on 'standard' frame sets?
It's a problem I've had as I'm long in leg compared to torso and then have short arms to exacerbate the whole situation. I've just had a custom frame built and IIRC the equivalent measurements (it's got a sloping TT) are 57 ST with 54 TT although I'd have to look back at the order form/details from the jig fitting.
