I cant find my tyres on that chart.

26x1.9 is on there but not 26x1.95

Does anyone know yes or no whether my tyres are the same as 700c?
    Thanks

    They are not.

You need to look at the ISO numbers on tyres, the 3 digit number is the bead diameter of the rim 559mm in the case of a 26" tyre, the 2 digit number is the cross section of the tyre, eg 50-559 is approx a 26x1.9

A 700c tyre has an ISO of xx-622, meaning a bead diameter of 622mm.

it's all in there if you read the article.

Also Hybrid & 29" MTB tyres If you mean 622mm bead tyres.
