Just wanted to give my fork a bit of a service, it says in my maintenance book to oil theO ring, its a Fox Float RL32, any sugestions of what oil/libe to use? Cheers, Sam
Also if I ever did want to completely change the Oil inside the legs, how would I do it and what would i use! I'm aware there is different cc types I am happy with the action it has so would need the original!
Sorry to be a pain, sambo

i use fork oil.
what do you mean byI'm aware there is different cc types
cc is a measurement.
you can download all the info from Mojo and fox's web sites.
but i would be sending it of for a service when it needs one."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Agree with Nick....I'm happy to service any part of the bike but when it comes to forks and shocks....off to the pros.Whyte 905 (2009)

Depends on which fork you've got (Talas forks for example are a right pain). There are some very good step by step guides on the Fox site, but as the others have said (and from personal experience) you're better off letting some who knows what they are doing and has the right tools play around with a Fox product.
Probably best to use FoxFloat fluid for general lube up duties. Guide with piccies here
