Bike recommendations? Revolution Cross?

Hello all!
I was after a tricross, but perhaps I could save myself £350 by getting this instead, from Edinburgh Cycles:

Does anyone have one?
Any reviews out there (I've tried typing 'review revolution cross' into google and all sorts of interesting but irrelivant pages come up!)?
Does anyone have any opinion on them?
Any detailed pictures?
And, they're on the '08 range at Edinburgh Cycles - does anyone know when the '09 range might come out?
I'd be very grateful to hear from you!
Thanks.
Chris.

I don't have one, but I did look at getting one recently.
The bike was only added to their range in '08 and has apparently sold incredibly well, but as a result they only have 1 frame size left, 52 if memory servers, I just know it was too big for me and my stumpy 31" legs so I forgot about it.
'09 is meant to be coming but they weren't sure when, seems they upgrade their range a bit later than most for whatever reason.
Did seem like a nice balance of bike, good comute, can do some off road track, you could bung a rack on it and do light touring if required.FCN 7- Tourer, panniers, Lycra and clipless
What is this game you speak of? Of course I'm not playing...0 -
I bought one of these (58cm frame) a few weeks back. I got it for commuting / touring. I don't know much about cylocross but it certainly does not seem up to the job due to limited clearances between fork / tyres and tight clearance of the brakes. I have already changed the poor saddle and added a rack. It has some nice features (integrated brake/gear levers, and secondary brake levers). However the ride doesn't feel quite right and I am not sure why at the moment. It seems lifeless compared to my old Orbit racer or even my Ridgeback Envoy. I'll try and get some photos and further info in due course - probably after a 50 mile Isle of Wight ride in a couple of weeks!0
