XTR Chainring Size

I'm about to order new chainrings for my Travativ Noir MTB 3.3 Giga X Pipe carbon Crank (standard 104 BCD setup) cranks.
I'm just having a blonde moment and could someone confirm that the Shimano 104 PCD XTR M960 fit OK. I know the earlier (2003) XTR stuff is bespoke, but I'm not 100% sure about the newer kit.
