Breakfast, before or after commute?

I try to have something if I have the time, this morning I cooked some porridge very nice, good to keep you warm etc. I also had a bacon sandwich once I'd done my 23 mile ride in. If I don't have time, I don't have anything, just some water on the way.
I have noticed however that if I don't have enough carbs then when I'm home I can smell / taste the ketone on my breath / in my noise.0 -
A bit of both - fruit juice and porridge or brazil nuts before > Six miles > Cornflakes and coffee after shower when I arrive. Probably a Marmite sanger about 11am.
