Bike racks

:D Boring, I know but I am trying to get a bike rack to fit on the back door of my 2007 Toyota Rav 4. Interested in Saris range because they look funky but would be happy to have any. Keep getting blank looks from Halfords et.al.

Can't have a roof mounted one because the wife is too small to lift her bike on her own.
Any ideas???? Toyoya themselves quoted....wait for it......£426.99 for a rear mounted rack..er....no... I'd rather continue to put the seats down. :twisted:

    Forgot to add that, for some reason ( a reason that I can't fathom at the moment) the fact that the Rav has a side opening back door is significant. :?

    Have you got a tow bar ? I'd get one fitted if you havent and put one of the tow bar carriers on - then the bikes arent going anywhere.
