I then climb on my bike and squeak off down the road.
Sounds lovely.....
Lycra cycle shorts, and either base layer (long sleeve if chilly) or jersey Have had a few comments from time to time, and you can tell people look at you, but not at your face sometimes!!
Worst thing is leaving to get changed, and leaving helmet / gloves or something in the office and having to walk back in there!
Hello everyone, , by the way... I'm new here! :-) Only started commuting this year (Just rode for fun, before) and I absolutely love it, feel so much more awake when I arrive at the office & nice not being stuck in traffic.0 -

bibs, base layer, decathlon s/l top, decathlon long sleeve top, + leg warmers and arm warmers if needed. Pair of cut of jog bottoms for 'modesty'. Glove on the way in mitts on the way home.
Only have a short commute but I find it a lot more comfy.Cheers

Spring/Summer/Autumn: Lycra bib shorts and a cotton t-shirt (long sleeved if it's a bit nippy). Fingerless gloves, normal socks and trainers and the most comfortable pair of underpants I've got in me clothes drawer.
Winter: a long sleeve t shirt with a short sleeved one on top, two pairs of socks and gloves with fingers.
I've got the old dustbin liner kagool too, but will avoid wearing it if I can.
Of course, it's all got a bit confusing what with there being no autumn this year, and winter starting in August.0
