Riding Around St Just and south eastern Cornwall

Hi guys, Im off on holiday next week to St Just with the missus and her family and have managed to blag taking my bike away with me, hoping to be able to escape for a few hours each day!

Just wondering if anybody knew any good routes or areas to ride around the St Just or southeastern Cornwall area at all?

Also does anybody know of any good bike shops in Cornwall?

Don't ride around that area, so can't comment on what's there.

Bissoe Valley near Redruth is good, but it is a car journey away.

Never shopped there as it's the wrong way for me, but have heard good things about the place and they are keen to support local events etc.
