Hi all

Just saying Hi!

Used to be in to bikes in a big way when I was a kid (most of us probably were at that age!) Had a Raleigh Marauder (crap) couple of Saracens, back in the early 90's but gave up the bikes when introduced to drink, girls and cars although not in that order!

Anyway just bought a Mongoose Otero Elite '08 and before you all start saying how you can't get a good full susser for under £600 or £1k I have a pot and pan lid on the way!!
I will be using the bike for commuting and some light XC and DH use on the weekend.

Look forward to getting advice form some of you as the MB world has changed massively since I was last riding!

hey, welcome, dont forget there is no such thing as a stupid question,(apart from why is orange jam called marmalade) so feel free to come and ask anything you wanna know.

as for the bike, i am a big fan of ful sus bikes and feel they're better than a hardtail at any price, the one you have is actually a pretty good one and the secret to success is if it works for you, it is perfect.
