Off work Friday, Penmachno or CYB are going to get it!!!

Got a day off work on Friday and am feeling the urge for a ride round either Penmachno (loops 1 & 2) or CYB (MBR or Dragons Back). Anyone fancy meeting up to give one of these trails some abuse? :D
