Any recommendation for Look/SPD-SL compatible road shoes suitable for long distance rides in warm weather?

My current shoes tend to 'cook' my feet after 3 hours in the saddle.

Thanks.

Speciialized? Louis Garneau in P-cycling the other month come with toe covers as the shoes are so well vented.

Lots of guys here use the Shimanos with the "cooling channels". It was 40 degrees on my ride yesterday.
But sorry to sound like an old curmudgeon, its really about the fit.
