hi there,
I decided the other day to go for a little bike ride. 30 miles. I have done this a few times. I am new to cycling and when I returned from my first ride my legs were burning like hell!! the next time I went, on the same route and did it in the same time there was hardly any aching from my legs at all . I have no idea why. it feels like I havn't riden at all. so I'm asking has anyone else experianced this and/or what could I have done differently to experiance such a difference on how my legs feel?
