Cartridge bearings in the mid 30's! Great hubs I have a pair of double fixed. Look around the grease nipple you may find a mark. Harden marking was very much hit and miss, so may not be marked. I think the full name is Harden tool and gauge company, so toolmakers to the trade possibly. Made up till late 50s early 60s if memory serves. Loads about them out there though.

Came with a box of bits a mate gave me.Not sure what I am going to fit them to yet.Maybe one of my old Carlton frames.40 rear 32 front .I still have 3 pairs of rims to match,so building is not a problem.I also have a nice pair of Race Lites for my Paris which should be back from Mercians soon.

They look like a pair my LBS was taking photos of last time I visited - I couldn't believe that they had cartridge bearings in! I presume they were going on ebay.
