Grazed Helmet

I came off today and grazed my helmet. Should I replace it or just give it a polish?

    Chuck it.
    Modern helmets are designed to absorb impact by destroying themselves internally. The pretty plastic skin may just be scuffed, you can't tell what's happened to the energy absorbing foam.
