Coast to Coast

A couple of friends and myself are considering the off road coast to coast next year, starting Whitehaven area and finnishing at Robin Hoods bay beside Whtiby. Anyone got any tips or know of good spots to stopover on the evenings. If anyone has completed the ride and could let me know their route and stop off points it would be very much appreciated.

I too am planning the same trip, I am planning to follow the 'official' C2C route but this sounds more interesting, would be good to see an off road route planned to RH Bay
