Fell off twice lat night

For the first time in something like 18 months I couldn't get my feet out of my clips and I fell off twice in Manchester.

But the worst thing was the first time I'd already made eye-contact with a cute girl in a car and then went slumping graciously down. Only to get up and then find that every set of lights I stopped at she was there again giggling at me.

Second time was just in Salford and I fell off in front of a really cute lydra-d up female cyclist and she was looking gorgeous. Of course I'm trying to be all sophicticated and again I go down looking like a complete fool.

Why does it happen to me???

Think I may have to actually clean and lubricate my clips!

    I don't think it is your clips you need to lubricate. :lol:

    There is a thread around here about 'what gets you out on a bike'.
    You obviously have a different agenda to some of us NFMC :D

    I once plucked up the courage to 'meet' accidentally a local gorgeous girl on her way to school on a bike. As I rode up to her at the crossroads I nearly got T-boned by a milk float. :shock:
    During the ensuing argument I saw her riding away laughing with obviously no interest in my health... :(

    Never did like milk... :?

    I think hot chicks should be banned if they distract male cyclists and make then fall off.

    Hot chicks are a danger to ALL male cyclists.

    I have had too many near misses where the sight of a gorgeous ass has distracted me.

    Hey...Salford has some fine women! Not many, but there are a few!

    And I've now become obsessed about falling off. I dreamt last night I fell into the road and my head got squashed by a van. A very vivid dream. I would rather have been dreaming about Salford lycra girl but there you go!
