Doing what I am doing isnt much better than school0

First day of my 2 weeks off and I am sat on my butt waiting for my lunch to settle before stepping ot for a wet and windy spin.0
-
Sat regretting that twelve mile spin yesterday when I wasn't fully over my cold. Hadn't been on a bike for 8 days though and had gained nearly half a stone.
I was on the mend but chest is now worse than on Saturday. Bugger.
Quick skirmish on Company of Heroes and off to work in an hour and a bit.0 -

How to get the 'fear': Spend a season working to a weight/fitness goal ,then injury or some other reason not to be on the road crops up = sitting around, bored = comfort eating.
Get well soon Lagavulin - it'll soon come back off!Spring!

Sat on my butt watching tv as its too windy and cr*ppy to go out. I hate living in London, it makes going for a ride a pain in the backside as it's so damn dangerous, even worse when its like this. Oh well a few hours on the turbo watching a movie will have to do!!! Time to move methinks!!!There is never redemption, any fool can regret yesterday...

Recovering from yesterday's race, wondering whether to get remarks on my A-levels and worrying about leaving for university...You live and learn. At any rate, you live0

Don't bother kiddo. Your always judged on the last thing you did. Either in education or in the job market. If your grades were good enough to get you into your choice of uni then why bother?Cycling - The pastime of spending large sums of money you don't really have on something you don't really need.0 -
Working in Dublin. Overlooking the docks at one side of the building and Dublin2 behind me.
It's raining. I know, I said that as if it's news in Dublin......

I'm in Aberdeen and i'm cursing the fooking weather. I was supposed to be going for an evening cycle with a friend, but had to take a rain check (literally) since the roads are too bad......:(0

The locals got a point at Old Trafford on Sunday so they'll be quite chuffed. We're not a bad bunch really, honest.0 -

Should be quids-in given Loughborough's reputation for sport.

Today I'm waiting for my new tyres to arrive, consecutive punctures from a worn tyre have resulted imn a bit of a wasted day although I could fix my shed instead of surfing0 -

Asked by friends to fill in for someone in a game of touch rugby. My knee rolled over itself and the ligaments pulled a piece of bone off my tibia.
It sounded horrible thats for sure... Needless to say I will be sticking to cycling when I am eventually let back out on the road!FCN: 40
